We find that our customers are looking for similar things when it comes to heating and cooling there homes: effieciency, cost effective; longevity; warranty; reliability; history of the brand. There are a lot of different brands out there in the field, some more popular than others and all HVAC contractors have there preferences based on experiences in serving and installation of these units.

Understanding the differing prices with multiple bids. |
|
This is where it’s so important to have an educated technician/ installer on site providing the quote. He/ she is there to answer your questions and relay information that you can comprehend. If you wanted a bunch of technical mombo jumbo you would go online and figure it out from there. When the tech leaves your property you should have 3 clear options that range in price, equipment and efficiency. |

Still have questions…just give us a call and ask. |
If you still have questions about your bid, give the contractor a call and get those questions answered. One of our Mantra here at Tully’s is to educate, educate, educate. If we do not have the answer we will find out and let you know. |

Deciding on a contractor to do the job |
As I have said before, as consumers ourselves we have narrowed it down to 3 important criterias: - Experience and competence
- budget and options provided
- trust your gut ( hey sometimes the gut just knows) *
Give us call and we would be more than happy to schedule an estimate appointment for your equipment replacement. By the way… no estimate fee. |
