| Don't set a budget untill you know what it is your looking to accomplish |

We find that our customers are looking for similar things when it comes to heating and cooling there homes: effieciency, cost effective; longevity; warranty; reliability; history of the brand. There are a lot of different brands out there in the field, some more popular than others and all HVAC contractors have there preferences based on experiences in serving and installation of these units. Brands: Carrier, Goodman, Trane, Rheem, Bryant, American Standard, Lennox, Day and Night… and the list goes on. So how do you as a consumer educate yourself? Forget about the brand, at least in the initial stages of your research. Focus on what you want and what you are willing to compromise on. Yes , I said compromise on. If you want a highly efficient unit that has all the bells and whistles that you are looking for, installed PROPERLY AND CORRECTLY, it comes at a cost. Good work does not come cheaply…end of story. Now, with that said you can get service provided for cheap but your expectations should be placed at the value you are paying for that service. However, it’s not an all or nothing deal. There are options and you shouldn’t have to settle. |
