James Tully
James started this company because he got tired of working for other companies that did not share his passion for this trade and let’s face it, the man wanted to be his own boss. More importantly his knowledge, expertise and ideas weren’t being utilized to their full potential. He wanted to give customers a service company that stood behind their work, 100% and whom provided a quality product. So that’s what he did and it all happened with a 1990 Ford Focus and dream.

He’s a technician first and a business man second. That means the focus of his company is on the work and service that is provided to you. He’s worked on every imaginable thing that heats and cools a building. He has imparted that knowledge to the techs that work for us. He has garnered the respect and admiration from his peers within the trade for his “out of the box” thinking and his ability to simply fix things and make them right. He’s been an Idaho residence for over ten years and has come to embrace and love this diverse landscape and thriving state. With its mountains, waterfalls, canyon and gorges, he’s been able to ski the snow covered mountains, raft through the raging canyons and fly fish on the tranquil lakes.

“My degree has nothing to do with HVAC but I have become truly passionate about this trade through my husband. It’s all the things I didn’t pay attention to in chemistry class.
