Nathan Tully
Owner & Head Technician
Nathan Tully is the owner and head technician of Tully's Heating and Cooling, LLC. He pursued the goal of being an HVAC technician by graduating from State Technical College of Missouri's HVAC program in 2021. During his 2 years at State Tech, he worked back home for Northtown Appliance Center, an established heating and cooling business operated by a local couple. He purchased their business and established Tully's Heating and Cooling, LLC, in July 2022. Nathan brings an abundance of knowledge and experience to the business and is truly dedicated to seeing the business succeed.
Katy Tully
Office Manager
Katy Tully maintains the role of office manager and focuses on all things business related. After graduating from Missouri State University in 2022 with degrees in Agricultural Communications and Agribusiness, she returned home, married Nathan and took over the HVAC business with him. Together, they are attending business trainings and doing whatever it takes to grow Tully's Heating and Cooling, LLC. When Katy isn't found in the office, she is typically busy with her other business, Century Farm Photography, LLC, or running calls with Nathan.

Darrik Diamond started with Tully's Heating and Cooling in April 2023 and has been a true asset to the business. He brings positive energy to every job and is dedicated to making installs go smoothly. He is most experienced with installations and placing ducts, but successfully accomplishes any task given to him with ease.
Miss Bailey is Tully's Heating and Cooling's shop dog. She is a Red Heeler & Husky mix who loves hanging out in the office with mom, sleeping, playing fetch and getting belly rubs. When customers come in, she often acknowledges them with a bark or may "talk" for attention, but a treat will make her a friend forever!
