TULLY’S TOTAL CARE TERMS & CONDITIONS
By completing the payment process for the Tully’s Total Care maintenance program, I understand the selected payment method will be charged with reoccurring monthly or annual payments for 12 months (1 year). This program subscription will auto-renew; it will be my responsibility as the customer to cancel if desired on the final day of the 12th month or annual subscription. I understand I cannot cancel subscription until both spring and fall service is conducted for the year. Tully’s Heating and Cooling, LLC, will provide the services described above. Tully’s Total Care members will be called to set up appointments – after 3 failed call attempts and 2 voicemails (if available), that season’s maintenance appointment will become void and will resume for the next preseason appointment; it is my responsibility to contact Tully’s Heating and Cooling, LLC, with any contact information changes or service address transfer requests. No refunds will be made.
